Desert Safari

We read online that the 4WD on desert safari is really thrilling but not for the faint-hearted or those with spine problems. So I spent a long time researching for an ageny that could take us out to the desert without the 4WD. We finally found Funtours.

We had a horrible experience with the agency. We waited for 2 hours before an old, worn out van came to pick us up. There was no tour guide on board, only a driver who was speeding to get us to the desert before the sun sets. The desert experience was quite fun though. We had buffet dinner comprising mainly kebab and briyani. You could also do henna painting, use the sheesha or ride the camels.
