Porridge, porridge and more porridge
As shared in my previous post, I fell sick in Korea. So what did I have? Soft diet....
Ok, it's not so bad because I realise congee in Korea is actually pretty good. They have more variety than us. There's pumpkin, abalone, mushroom, vegetable and seafood.

As you know, Koreans enjoy coffee and there are many nice coffee joints in Seoul. De Chocolate Coffee is one of the popular chains where you can people watch. I was at the

Korean Beef Hot Pot
On our final day, I got better and we finally got to eat something other than porridge. So here's the Korean beef hotpot we had at the 6th floor of Shinsegei Departmental Store.

So you must be wondering what's the gross looking thing in the last picture. At the end of the meal, we were asked if we wanted udon or porridge. We choose porridge and the waitress brought a bowl of rice and put in into the hot pot. She used the remaining soup from our meal to prepare porridge ! Here's the end product.
